WFAA-TV (Channel 8) is north Texas’ leading
source for news and information on television. News 8 has set
national standards for credibility and reliable news coverage,
and remains one of America’s most decorated local stations.
WFAA has been honored with four prestigious George Foster Peabody
Awards as well as seven duPont-Columbia University Silver Batons--broadcasting’s
equivalent of print journalism’s famed Pulitzer Prize.
